Cancellation Policy

We want every booking to feel risk-free. Here's exactly how cancellations, refunds, and weather changes work.

Effective: April 16, 2026

Full Refund

Cancel 24+ hours in advance.

You will receive a full 100% refund if your cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of your tour. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Weather Policy

Tours we cancel = full refund or free reschedule.

If we cancel a tour due to unsafe weather conditions (such as severe storms or unsafe ocean conditions for snorkel tours), you will receive a 100% refund OR the option to reschedule your booking for any future date at no additional cost. Light rain or passing showers typically do not result in cancellation — Aruba weather is famously quick to clear.

No Shows & Late Cancellations

100% charge applies.

A 100% charge will apply for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure. We strongly encourage guests to plan ahead and contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.
