We use 2-wheel electric pedal-assist E-bikes — smooth, stable, and easy to ride for most fitness levels. The pedal-assist makes hills and longer rides comfortable, even if you have not ridden in a while.

Each bike has a small built-in compartment perfect for a phone, wallet, or small personal items. Larger belongings such as beach bags and towels can be placed in the support vehicle, which stays with the group throughout the excursion so your items remain secure and nearby.

Yes — helmets are included with all bike tours and rentals. Our helmets are sanitized between every use and come in a wide range of sizes to ensure a comfortable, safe fit.

Tours are open to ages 12 and up unless otherwise noted. Some specialty tours (such as our advanced summit hikes and e-bike-only tours) require participants to be 16+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Our e-bikes feature pedal-assist and throttle modes, making the rides accessible to most fitness levels. Hiking tours range from easy to challenging — we clearly mark difficulty on each tour page so you can choose what suits you best.

We provide complimentary pickup and drop-off from all major hotels and resorts on the island. Just let us know where you're staying when you book and we'll handle the rest.

If we cancel a tour due to unsafe weather, you'll receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule for free. Light rain typically does not cancel a tour — Aruba showers tend to pass quickly.
